About this Project

A new bespoke healthcare facility to enable medical students to develop the clinical and non-technical skills required to become healthcare professionals.

47-week project was to refurbish Block 2 and Block 4 of the former Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) site adjacent to University Hospital of Wales, a teaching hospital of Cardiff University.

Our services included the installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical systems, including HV, LV, small power, fire, security, lighting, nurse call systems, access control and data.
