Alongside our leadership team is a directly employed workforce of circa 120 people across our group of companies. Owen Evans
Managing Director
As managing director, Owen leads the overall governance and performance of Evans Electrical. As part of the second generation of this family-run business, he is focused on maintaining high standards, ensuring strong compliance and building long-term client relationships, while supporting the continued growth of the group.
Danny Clark
Group Director
Danny plays a central and pivotal role in driving performance across the business, providing commercial leadership and supporting all divisions in a hands-on, solutions-focused capacity. Working closely with both teams and clients, he leads on strategy, project delivery and value creation, ensuring successful outcomes across the group.
Craig Impey
Electrical Pre Con Director
Craig leads our electrical pre-construction activities, overseeing estimating, design development and early-stage planning. With extensive industry experience, he works closely with clients and design teams to develop practical, cost-effective solutions, ensuring projects are well planned and positioned for successful delivery.
Matt Davies
Electrical Operations Director
Matt is responsible for the delivery of our electrical projects, overseeing operations across all sites to ensure quality, safety and programme are maintained. With a strong background in project delivery, he works closely with teams and clients to drive performance and ensure consistently high standards.
Geraint Hopkins
Mechanical Director
Geraint leads our mechanical division, overseeing project delivery across a range of sectors. With extensive industry experience, he is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety and performance, working closely with clients and teams to deliver efficient, reliable and well-coordinated mechanical solutions.
Steve Lewis
Mechanical Pre Con Director
Steve leads our mechanical pre-construction function, overseeing estimating, design coordination and early-stage planning. With a strong technical background, he works closely with clients and design teams to develop practical, cost-effective solutions, ensuring projects are well considered and set up for successful delivery.
Dan Molcher
Facility Services Director
Dan leads our Facility Services division, overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services. With a strong focus on responsiveness and reliability, he works closely with clients and operational teams to ensure high levels of service, compliance and long-term asset performance.
Richard Williams
Facility Services Director
Richard supports the delivery of our Facility Services operations, including small works and fast track fit-outs, working across a wide range of clients and sectors. With extensive experience in service delivery, he focuses on ensuring works are carried out efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.
Ben Morgan

Ben leads Evans Consult, delivering electrical design services across multiple sectors. As an experienced electrical designer, he works closely with clients and project teams to develop efficient, compliant and buildable design solutions that support successful project outcomes.
Liam Holt
Renewables Lead
Liam leads Evans Energy, focusing on the development and delivery of energy and sustainability solutions. Working closely with clients, he supports the transition to more efficient, low-carbon systems, helping organisations improve performance, reduce consumption and meet their long-term sustainability objectives.
