About this Project

High-Quality Electrical Installation for a Modern Community Facility

The Evans Group was appointed by John Perkins Construction to deliver the full electrical design and installation package for the new Brooklands Community Centre in Stoke Gifford, Bristol.

This £2.4M development forms part of the wider Brooklands Park scheme for Crest Nicholson and was delivered under a Section 106 agreement to provide essential community infrastructure. The result is a modern, energy-efficient facility designed to support a wide range of local activities and community use.

A Fully Integrated Electrical Solution

Working closely with the main contractor and wider design team, we delivered a coordinated electrical installation that supports the building’s functionality, flexibility, and long-term performance.

Our works were fully integrated with the mechanical services and tailored to meet the demands of a multi-use environment, including a community hall, café, meeting rooms, offices, and ancillary spaces.

We also provided full project documentation, including working drawings, as-installed drawings, and O&M manuals, alongside a 12-month maintenance package.

Supporting Sustainability & Energy Efficiency

Sustainability was a key driver for the project, with the building targeting a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.
