At Evans Electrical, our absolute priority is to make sure our colleagues, partners, clients and the people we impact stay safe and go home safe to their loved ones. With that in mind we put health, safety and well being at the heart of what we do. With a dedicated health and safety manager, highly trained site teams, full team collaboration and Employee Assistance Programme, we are always pushing to improve our methods of work, find newer and safer ways of doing things and ensure a safe and productive working environment for all.
Giving Something Back
We are engineers and we love building things. Not just the physical infrastructure that helps power, heat and illuminate the projects we work on, but also the communities we work and live in. Whether it’s the hundreds of apprentices that we have trained and educated, the charities, community organisations and clubs we support through our fund raising and gifting, or our efforts to promote the construction and engineering industry as a career option for the next generation, we aim to always be a positive influence on the people and places within which we work.
Protecting Our Environment
All of us in construction have a duty to build a better natural environment for future generations. At Evans Electrical we intend to be a part of the solution to the environmental and sustainability challenges our communities face. We are doing this by putting sustainability at the forefront of our designs and product selection, by working with key suppliers to reuse and recycle products and materials, by delivering services that actually improve sustainability and push our country toward carbon neutrality. We will measure our own carbon footprint and impact on the natural world, set KPIs to improve our performance and deliver against those KPIs.

Our success is built on our ability to deliver large and complex projects on time, on budget and to the high standard demanded by our clients. Quality is imperative: the quality of our leaders, of our teams, and of the products that we design, supply, install and commission. Our systems and processes demand our project leaders be meticulous in their analysis and their teams work for zero defects. Where challenges present themselves our engineers create solutions, communicate them and deliver them. We care about our service and we want it to be the best, so we invest the resources needed, from conception to aftercare.
Being Nice to Work With
We pride ourselves on being a nice team, with good people in it. We have never been “commercial”, and we never want to be. Our approach has resulted in us building long-term relationships with fantastic clients. So we don’t walk away from challenges, we sort them out. We don’t quibble over small issues, we focus on the bigger picture for the good of the team. We help our partners on site wherever we can, and we try to enjoy what we do, even when the going gets tough.
